As hybrid threats continue to dominate the security challenges faced by the West, it is becoming increasingly clear that transatlantic efforts continue to struggle with formulating effective strategies to face these threats, especially in the field of cyber defense.
It seems that cybersecurity would be the future headache of many countries.
